  • Builds a sense of community with other mamas-to-be
  • Increases blood and lymph circulation, thereby supporting the physiological processes of pregnancy
  • Relieves musculoskeletal tension and pain through strengthening and lengthening muscles and aligning the skeleton
  • Strengthens the body, thus decreasing stress on weight-bearing joints as well as supporting comfortable postural changes
  • It’s fun!

Classes I teach:

Prenatal:

Sundays at 12:00 – The Yoga Studio North Crowfoot Location

Tuesdays at 5:15 pm – Prenatal – Yoga in Bowness

Tuesdays at 7:55 pmĀ  – The Yoga Studio North Crowchild Location – (Kirsten)

Thursdays at 6:30 pm – The Yoga Studio North Crowchild Location

 

Postnatal:

Mondays at 11:00 am – Yoga in Bowness – No age restrictions….please bring all the babies, and toddlers!

Wednesdays at 10:45 – 11:45 am – The Yoga Studio North, Crowchild Location

Wednesdays at 12:00 – 1:00 pm – The Yoga Studio North, Crowchild Location

 

Mixed Level:

Thursdays at 7:55 pm (I’m back in January) -The Yoga Studio North, Crowchild Location

Sundays at 10:30 am – The Yoga Studio North, Crowfoot Location

 

Modifications are offered for advanced practitioners as well as beginners
